Bibin and I started working on this book since 2014. We've updated the codes in the book 3 times(we used 3 Matlab(R) versions since 2014). Our main goal was(and still is) to make control design easy/practical. Below is the process that we consistently preached in the book in all the examples we tackled.
Another step that we are taking towards making controls easy is to provide cheap robotic platforms that the readers can buy and implement MPC designs on them. We are excited about the two hardware sets that we are working on. We will put these under MPC Store once we have refined the designs and have a reasonable quantity in the inventory.
